The Twelve
Twelve performers across drag, song, spoken word and the unclassifiable. No category bias. The format finds its own gravity.
The Crowd
Live judging with QR-card votes — instant tally, anonymous, and weighted by floor. The basement and the ground floor disagree often. That's the point.
The Ascent
Three rounds. Eliminations after each. The final two duet against each other on Mirror Mirror's reactive stage. One ascends. The other comes back next month.
