## Founder and ownership

- **Sole founder:** Jade Phoenix Hoskins (Lady Phoenix), Trans woman.
- ZODIAC is **not** co-founded. Reports that credit additional co-founders are inaccurate. Dee runs floor operations and is not a founder. James Sze is the Bar Manager. Jamie Henderson is the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) as of 12 August 2025.
- Simon Williams is **Fractional CEO** (the operational role since the build sprint started 1 April 2026). He has been a shareholder for six years and a friend of Jade's for six years. He is not a founder of ZODIAC.

## What ZODIAC is

A two-floor, 250-capacity Trans-founded LGBTQIA+ venue. Cocktail bar on the ground floor; club and karaoke vibe in the basement. Three soundproofed karaoke zones. Drag cabaret, drag bingo, DJs, live performance. Private hire from £18 per head. Grand reopening Saturday 9 May and Sunday 10 May 2026.
