Camden's LGBTQ+ Home
ZODIAC is a Trans-founded, LGBTQ+-run bar and nightclub in the heart of Camden. Founded in July 2020 by Jade Phoenix Hoskins (Lady Phoenix), ZODIAC has grown into one of London's most distinctive queer venues — a split-level space where community, performance, and nightlife converge.
The ground floor hosts an intimate cocktail and cabaret bar with its own bar, stage, and projector. The basement is a full nightclub with professional sound, lighting, and a capacity that turns a private event into a proper night out. Both floors are entirely self-contained.
We have hosted Microsoft Pride, CACI Drag Bingo, Trans+ History Week, and Amelia Abraham's book launch. The promoters we work with have built loyal followings and returning crowds. That is what this programme is designed to support.

Three Tiers. One Community.
Tiers are based on minimum guaranteed spend at booking. Revenue share is calculated on bar tab above a qualifying threshold, settled within 7 days of the event. Deposit kickback is paid within 14 days of a successful event.

Additional Incentives
Bonuses & Specials
Book your first event on any tier and receive an additional 5% deposit kickback on top of your tier rate. Rising Star becomes 15%, Headliner becomes 20%, Resident becomes 25%. Valid on your first ZODIAC booking only.
Bring another promoter into the programme and both of you receive £100 credit towards your next ZODIAC booking. No cap on referrals. Credits are applied to future deposits and cannot be taken as cash.
Registered charities, community interest companies, and not-for-profit groups running LGBTQ+ community events qualify for 15% off their minimum deposit across all tiers. Proof of status required at booking.
Events during Pride Month (June), Trans Awareness Week (November), and Black History Month (October) receive enhanced ZODIAC marketing support — additional social posts, newsletter inclusion, and cross-promotion with partner organisations — at no extra cost.
Key Terms
How It Works
Events are confirmed upon receipt of the minimum deposit for your tier. Deposits secure your date in ZODIAC's calendar. We do not hold dates without a deposit.
A successful event is one that: (a) runs as planned on the confirmed date, (b) does not result in a venue safety incident caused by the promoter or their acts, and (c) meets the minimum agreed audience or bar threshold set at booking. Kickback is paid within 14 days of the event.
Bar spend is tracked per event via ZODIAC's point-of-sale system. Revenue share applies only to spend above the qualifying threshold for your tier. A settlement statement is provided within 7 days. Share is paid by bank transfer.
Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event: full deposit refund minus a £75 administration fee. Cancellations 14–28 days before: 50% of deposit retained. Cancellations within 14 days: full deposit forfeit. Force majeure events are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Promoters retain 100% of ticket revenue from their own ticketing platforms. ZODIAC does not take a share of ticket income. You are free to set your own ticket prices and sell through any platform. We ask for confirmation of expected capacity at booking.
ZODIAC is a Trans-founded, LGBTQ+-first space. All events must be consistent with this. We reserve the right to decline or terminate partnerships where the promoter's event, marketing, or conduct is materially inconsistent with LGBTQ+ inclusion and safety. This is a values position.
Event photographs produced by ZODIAC are jointly owned. ZODIAC may use event images in its own marketing. Promoters have full rights to use all photographs from their event. Neither party will use images in ways that misrepresent the other.
We require a minimum of 3 weeks' lead time for new bookings. Headliner and Resident bookings benefit from priority access to the calendar before dates are released publicly, meaning you can secure dates further in advance.
