ZODIAC Bar & Club — Last updated: 26 April 2026
These terms apply to every ticket, booth, table, week pass, add-on, photo pack, bingo card and prediction-pot entry purchased through zodiacbarlondon.com/events, /eurovision, or any other ZODIAC ticketing page (the “Tickets”). The seller is Zodiac Events Limited (trading as ZODIAC Bar & Club), 119 Hampstead Road, London NW1 3EE.
The plain-English summary: we are a small, queer-founded venue. We sell timed tickets for live, one-off events. Once an event has happened, your ticket has been used — refunds for changes of mind aren’t possible. But if we cancel, change the date, or you have a genuine accessibility/safety reason to ask — talk to us. We’ll always try to do the right thing. Our word is our honour.
All prices on our ticketing pages are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout. A VAT receipt is available on request to info@zodiacbar.co.uk.
After payment you receive a Stripe email receipt. Your name, email, ticket type, quantity and visit date are bound to that receipt. Bring the email (or your photo ID matching the booking name) on the night. If you booked a booth or VIP table, the booth/table is held in your name from doors until 30 minutes after the advertised start; after that we may release it.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for a specific dated leisure event (Reg. 28(1)(h)). However, as a goodwill measure:
If we cancel an event for any reason (illness, force majeure, licensing, safety), you receive a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days. If we move the date, you may either keep your ticket for the new date or take a full refund — your choice.
Live events change. Drag performers, DJs, hosts, song lists, gameplay rules and screen/stream feeds may change without notice. The fact that a specific performer or game is mentioned on the listing page does not entitle you to a refund if we substitute a comparable act or feature.
ZODIAC is an LGBTQIA+ venue with a strict zero-tolerance policy on transphobia, homophobia, racism, xenophobia, ableism and harassment. We reserve the right to refuse entry, eject without refund, and ban from future events anyone who breaches that policy or any of our published House Rules. If you are uncomfortable with that policy, please don’t buy a ticket.
Our ticketing system uses a soft capacity cap per event. In the unlikely event of an oversell (e.g. a Stripe webhook delay), we will contact affected ticket-holders within 24 hours and offer (a) a full refund, (b) a transfer to another night, or (c) admission with a complimentary drink and a credit for a future night. Booth and VIP table allocations are confirmed and will not be oversold.
Add-ons are non-refundable once redeemed on the night. If you bought an add-on but didn’t collect it, contact us within 7 days of the event and we’ll refund or transfer the value.
The Eurovision Prediction Pot is a free-to-enter game of skill; the £5 top-up is an optional extra entry. The pot is paid out within 7 days of the Grand Final to the holder(s) of the top-scoring prediction card, in line with the rules published at /eurovision. ZODIAC is not a licensed gambling operator; the pot is a community game of skill, not gambling.
ZODIAC is photographed and filmed on event nights for venue marketing. By entering the venue you consent to incidental capture in wide shots. If you do not want to appear in any image, ask any staff member for a red “no-photo” wristband on entry; our photographer will not photograph you. Photo Pack add-ons are individual portraits taken with explicit consent at the photo booth.
119 Hampstead Road has a step-free ground-floor bar and an accessible WC. The basement nightclub is via stairs only; if step-free access is required for the basement, email info@zodiacbar.co.uk at least 48 hours before the event so we can arrange ground-floor seating with a screen feed for Eurovision nights.
Tickets may be purchased through a promoter referral link (?ref=<code> or ?promoter=<code>). The use of a referral code does not change the price, the ticket, or your rights under this policy. Promoter rewards are settled directly between ZODIAC and the promoter, not from your payment.
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. Your card details never touch ZODIAC’s servers. Order metadata (event, date, quantity, optional referral code, optional Eurovision country pick) is stored against your Stripe payment for fulfilment and reconciliation. We retain order records for 7 years to comply with HMRC. See our Privacy Notice for full detail.
For anything ticket-related, email info@zodiacbar.co.uk with your Stripe receipt number. We respond within 2 working days. For press / urgent matters, pr@zodiacbar.co.uk. If you remain unhappy with a response, you may refer the matter to UK Trading Standards.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Built by a small team that genuinely loves you. If something goes sideways and the policy above doesn’t fit your situation — email us anyway. We’d rather hear it than have you leave unhappy.
