The other half. Stakes rise. Costumes get serious.

Big six in the wings. The room knows the rules now. Sweepstake re-draws for the night, predictions stack against your Tuesday card, and the bingo gets faster — every key change, every wind machine, every staggered backing dancer.

how it plays

Three games, one room, douze points everywhere.

Light, low-pressure rules. Big rewards. You can play one game or all three — every entry counts toward the night's leaderboard.

game · 01
Sweepstake draw

Pick a country, or let the room pick for you.

£2 entry. Lock in before doors close. If "your" country wins the night, you split the pot with everyone else who picked it. No country left? Random draw from the chip rack.

no country selected · pick one above or hit random
game · 02
Predictions card

Top 5 winners. Best card wins the room.

Free to play. Drop your top 5 guesses for the night. Closest card by Eurovision's final scoreboard takes the prize — house pot for semis, named prize for the final.

game · 03
Drag bingo

Eileen calls the songs. You mark the squares.

Hosted by Eileen between Eurovision performances. Wind machine? Mark it. Key change? Mark it. Staggered backing dancer? Mark it. Full line wins a round — full house wins the night.

card resets each night · hosted live by eileen · bingo cards handed out at door

why we ask: Eileen calls names from the bingo claim sheet. Telling us which night you'll play means your card is reserved at the table — no scramble.

game · 04
Photo wall

Costume photo wall. Sent to your inbox.

Pro photographer Saturday night. Walk the wall, strike a pose, leave with a printed shot. We email full-resolution copies within 48h. You can opt out anytime — magenta sticker = no photo, clear sticker = OK to shoot.

why we need this: we email your photos within 48h, then delete the file. Photos retained 12 months for reprints if you ask.

game · 05
Drink trio

Three country cocktails. One night.

Each night has a rotating trio matching that evening's standout entries. Tell us your nights and any allergens — the bar will have your trio prepped and labelled by your booth or seat.

why we ask: the bar preps a substitution if your country's drink hits an allergen. We delete this 30 days after Eurovision — just for the night, no marketing.

game · 06
Flag pack

Tell us your flag. We'll have it on the host stand.

£8 per pack — mini flag, plastic crown, glow stick. Pre-pick your country and we set yours aside; otherwise it's first-come first-flagged at the door. Wear it loud.

why we ask: stocking the right flags. We delete this 30 days after the night — just to plan the order.

your picks · come as you are

Lock your picks. We'll keep them safe.

Six games above. Tell us as much or as little as you like. Every field is optional except the one the game can't run without — and we'll always tell you why we asked. Come as you are.

Who you are · optional
Skip everything here and we'll still issue you a receipt code that works at the door. Fill it in if you want emails, named bingo callouts, or pronouns on the door list.
Email (only if you want digital receipts)

why · so we can email your receipt and any winnings (bar tabs, photo packs). Skip it — your receipt code in the page below works at the bar.

First name (if you want Eileen to call you out)

why · so the host calls "Sam!" not "ticket ZG-26-9F2A!" when your bingo card hits a full house.

Pronouns (house policy — we use what you tell us)

why · door staff and Eileen will use these. ZODIAC is Trans-founded by Jade Phoenix Hoskins — pronouns are not a debate, they're the room.

Accessibility (we say yes by default)

why · tell us in advance and we'll have everything ready — side-door key out, accessible booth held, a quiet space pre-arranged. Stored 90 days then deleted →

What this is for
A plain-English version of our data notice. Read this once, ask Dee on the floor or email hello@zodiacbar.co.uk if anything's unclear.
Why we capture each game

Sweepstake → so we know who picked which country and pay the right pot.

Predictions → so the winner card matches a real person at the door.

Bingo → so Eileen calls real names, not ticket numbers.

Photo wall → so we email your shot to you.

Drink trio → so the bar preps a safe substitution for allergens.

Flag pack → so we stock the right flags.

Where it goes

Game data is stored briefly (30 days for bar/flag prep, 90 days for sweepstake/bingo, 180 days for prediction-pot reconciliation, 12 months for photo reprints). If you give us your email, we sync your contact to HubSpot (our CRM, GDPR-compliant, EU servers).

We never sell your data. We only email you about future ZODIAC nights if you tick the marketing box below — and you can unsubscribe any time.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, export, correct or delete everything we hold on you. One email to hello@zodiacbar.co.uk with your receipt code and we'll have it back to you in 30 days (UK GDPR Article 15 — usually faster).

house rules · zero tolerance

This room is for everyone. The rules are not negotiable.

Eurovision is a competition between songs, not nations. ZODIAC is a Trans-founded LGBTQIA+ venue in Camden. We host every flag in this room. We do not host hate.

01
Cheer for, not against.
Boo a song, not a country. Heckle a key change, not a people. We are scoring Eurovision, not borders.
02
No slurs. No exceptions.
Racist, homophobic, transphobic, antisemitic, Islamophobic, ableist or misogynist language gets you removed. There is no "but it was a joke" version of this rule.
03
Costume = celebration.
Dress as the country you love. Do not dress as a stereotype of a people. We will tell you the difference at the door if you're not sure — ask.
04
Pronouns are house policy.
Misgendering is not a debate. If someone tells you their pronouns, use them. ZODIAC is Trans-founded, by Jade Phoenix Hoskins — that is not a marketing line, it is the room.
05
Genocide is not a scoring opinion.
We will not stage debates about who deserves to exist. If a country is in Eurovision, it gets a chip on the rack. Take your geopolitics outside, gently and respectfully.
06
Drinks are optional.
Sober? You're welcome. We have alcohol-free pours and the same scoring power. No pressure, no smirk, same room.
07
Tell the staff. Always.
Something off? Find Dee on the floor or any staff in black. We act fast. We believe you. We don't need a long explanation.
08
Photography & consent.
Photos in costume zones, not in conversation zones. If someone covers their face, that's a no. Tag the venue, not strangers, on socials.

If this makes you uncomfortable, please keep walking. Peace and love. We are protecting the people in this room — including, especially, the ones who needed somewhere safe to scream "douze points" tonight.

The room only works because the crew shows up.

Eileen calls bingo all three nights. Farah brings the door. Dee holds the floor. The events team scores costumes and runs the sweepstake. ZODIAC's bus rolls in for the final. Every promoter, host and producer who works this week is on a tiered programme — invitation only.

faq · the room asks

Everything you'd shout at the door.

What time should I get there?+
Doors at 19:30 every Eurovision night. Show kicks at 20:00 UK (CEST 21:00). Costume judging starts thirty minutes before doors close, so come early if you want a shot at the costume prize.
Do I have to dress up?+
No — but you'll have more fun if you do. Pick a country, lean into the song, the flag, the artist's outfit. House rule three applies: celebration, never stereotype. Ask at the door if you're unsure.
How does the sweepstake actually work?+
£2 entry per night. You pick or randomly draw a country. If your country wins the night, you split the pot with everyone else who picked it. Final night has the biggest pot — last draw locks at the first contestant.
Is the venue accessible?+
Step-free entry to the main bar. Accessible toilet on site. The basement does have a few steps — message us before booking and we'll arrange staff support and reserve a spot near the screens. We will never make you ask twice.
I don't drink — is this for me?+
Yes. Always. We pour high-quality alcohol-free options and your scoring power is identical. Half the room is sober for some part of the night — you're not alone.
Can I bring a group?+
Yes — and the bundles are designed for groups. The "Eurovision Week × 6" bundle gets you all three nights for six people at a notable saving. Reserved table add-on holds the spot.
What is the refund policy?+
Full refund up to 72 hours before each night. After that, transfers only — give us the new name, we update the list. Email tickets@zodiacbar.co.uk.
Who runs this place?+
ZODIAC is Trans-founded by Jade Phoenix Hoskins (Lady Phoenix), opened July 2020, permanent venue in Camden November 2021. Simon Williams is Fractional CEO. Over £300,000 raised for LGBTQ+ causes to date.

end of transmission.

See you in the basement. Camden picks up Vienna in days.
