The 30-second version

You play a game on /eurovision. We capture what you played, generate a receipt code, and (if you gave us an email) sync your contact to HubSpot. We never sell your data. We only email you marketing if you ticked the box. You can ask for everything back, or for it to be deleted, at any time — one email to hello@zodiacbar.co.uk with your receipt code. Done.

Where it goes — the actual systems

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third-party advertisers. We do not enrich it with brokers. We do not use it to train any AI model. We do not pass it to other ZODIAC ventures (the consultancy partnerships.community or Library of Curiosities) without a separate, explicit opt-in.

Marketing emails — opt-in only

The marketing checkbox on /eurovision is unticked by default. If you tick it, we add you to the eurovision_2026 list in HubSpot, set your marketable status to "MARKETABLE", and send you (at most) one email a month about future ZODIAC nights. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe with one click, no questions, no friction.

If you don't tick it: we still hold your contact for the retention windows above (because you played a game) but your marketable status stays "NON_MARKETABLE" and you don't get marketing emails.
