Frequently asked.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled from your Stripe billing portal at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Annual memberships are non-refundable but last the full 12 months.
How does the bar discount work?
Show your digital wallet pass to bar staff when you order. They will scan or verify the QR code and apply 10% off your round. The discount applies to all drinks, every visit, for as long as your membership is active.
What are members-only events?
Exclusive evenings that do not appear on the public events calendar. Think intimate drag performances, tasting nights with guest mixologists, community Q and As, and early access screenings. Typically one to two per month.
Do I need the wallet pass to use my membership?
The wallet pass is the easiest way, but not the only way. You can also show your membership confirmation email or give your name at the door. The wallet pass just makes it faster.
Can I gift a membership?
Not yet as a direct gift, but you can buy a ZODIAC gift card and the recipient can use it towards their membership subscription. Gift cards are available in £25, £50, and £100 denominations.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your membership is tied to your email, not your device. Log in to your Stripe billing portal from any device to manage your subscription. Reinstall the wallet pass on your new phone from the original email.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Monthly is literally month-to-month, cancel whenever. Annual is a one-off payment that covers you for 12 months with no renewal obligation.
Can I use my discount for friends?
The 10% discount applies to your orders. If you are buying a round for the table, the whole round gets the discount. One pass per person though, no sharing QR codes.
