FAQ

Common questions.

Yes, completely. Ticket revenue is 100% yours. ZODIAC does not take a share of ticket sales at any tier. You choose your platform, your price, your capacity. Our income is the deposit, bar revenue share, and any additional hired services.
Once your event runs as planned on the confirmed date, the kickback percentage is calculated on your deposit and paid by bank transfer within 14 days. A "successful event" means the night ran, was consistent with ZODIAC's community standards, and no safety incident was caused by you or your performers. Straightforward.
Minimum 3 weeks for any booking. For Friday and Saturday nights, especially at Headliner and Resident tier, we recommend enquiring 6–8 weeks ahead. Headliner and Resident partners get first access to the calendar before dates are released publicly, so you can lock in recurring slots well in advance.
Yes. You are welcome to bring CDJs, mixers, effects units, or any production kit. Confirm it at booking and it will go through a brief safety check on the day. Our technical team works with most standard setups and will support yours.
Postponements with 14+ days notice: your deposit moves to a rescheduled date within 90 days, no penalty. Cancellations 28+ days out: full refund minus a £75 admin fee. 14–28 days: 50% retained. Within 14 days: full deposit forfeit. We understand that life happens and always try to be reasonable.
No hard audience minimum. The financial thresholds (deposit and bar qualifying amount) are the relevant numbers. That said, be honest about expected attendance at booking so we can staff correctly. We have run great events for 40 people and packed-out nights for 300+.
Yes — a deposit is always required to secure a date. But registered charities and CICs running LGBTQ+ community events get 15% off the minimum deposit for their tier. The kickback percentage is unaffected — you still receive the full tier rate on your (reduced) deposit.
